I really like this ice/heat pack for the ankle. Its well made and remains pliable. You can freeze for cold use or microwave for heat use. The cold lasted about 15 minutes for me but thats about all I need at one time. It fit me well and is comfortable.

I thought I had ordered a large in this ankle gel ice pack but it seems I ordered XL so the wrap is on the loose side which probably isn't ideal but that's not the fault of the support which seems well made of quality materials, This pack can be used to treat several different conditions including tendonitis, swelling and others. You can alternate between hot and cold for this product, having had back issues over the years I know this is an excellent healing technique the heat will draw fresh blood supply into the injured area then the cold will force the cold away again, this works very well.

This foot ice wrap works well. It doesn't last super long, about 20 minutes, which is standard for this type of thing. The wrap fit my foot well and feels good when needed. Happy with it.
