This product is amazing! I sprained my ankle and injured my foot. This was perfect! 360 degree coverage. Went above my ankle. (I wear a size 7.5-8 women's shoe). Got all the areas I needed it to. Super comfortable. The gel was so soft. I would elevate my foot on a pillow, put this on, and watch some shows while it worked it's magic. I didn't try the heat, but the cold felt soooooo good! I definitely recommend this to anyone that has a foot injury. Just know that if you have a larger foot definitely go to the larger size. Otherwise this may not wrap around your ankle. But it was perfect for me!

I bought one of these for myself after bunion and hammer toes surgery. It slides on easily with good stretch. Also dont have to worry about freezer burnt skin as it stays cold for the correct amount of time. I could wear it to bed without worry . No slide in gel packs to mess around with either. My brother had ankle replacement surgery and tried mine at my house. It fit a little snugly as his foot is larger, but he still could make it work. He liked it so much, he had me order one in his size for him. Nice to be able to ship it directly to him.

As a frequent runner I am always prone to injuries especially with my feet. This is a perfect post recovery soother for any sprain or injury. Its 'All in one' sock like design makes it simple and easy to use. The strap is also handy to keep it in position. The great thing about it is you can use it on both left and right feet so need to buy two. Definitely would recommend this over using your standard ice blocks any day.

Had no huge expectations for these but needed for a trip when I knew I'd have swelling and pain. Didn't have a freezer in hotel room but a fridge, and even the coolness of the fridge temp cooled the gel significantly and these were SUCH a relief and felt SOO good to put on to tired aching swollen feet and ankles! My daughter ended up getting a bad sprained ankle during same trip at a volleyball tournament, and she used one of them every evening following her injury and she said it felt good to her too and helped a lot with pain and swelling! I was also concerned about size, but the seem to magically stretch and conform to whatever size foot goes in! My daughter wears a 9.5/10 and has slim feet and ankles, I wear an 11 (11W or 12 when swollen) with significant ankle swelling edema, and they fit me just fine! And my husband is on his feet all day for work and often has pain...he's a size 13 in men's and they worked for him too! Now that we're back home I just keep them in the freezer in a sealed bag. They're not washable which is the only drawback but just make sure you're showered with clean feet going in and you won't have any issues. :) PS - the Velcro straps are long, very stretchy, & hold well. The material of the bootie itself is hard to explain but soft and squishy, and also extremely stretchy! Easy to use - just cool em down and slide em on! Work amazingly well!

Dont even think about buying any other ice packs. These are the best they have the weight they have the softness they have the flexibility they are perfect.
