I am a fan of devices which can serve mutiple purposes, and this item also meets that criterea. It can be used as a heated application as well as a cold compress. The device offers treatment options which should serve the needs of most users who are seeking to address shoulder issues. Overall, I am extremely impressed. 5 stars.

I have been in pain for the past several months and was trying to get something that could have hot and cold therapy on the shoulders. This one seems promising. It arrived in a box and had zip locked the item in the box. The materials looks like it‘s made of good quality, as well as the Velcros. The gel ice pack that is microwavable heats up really fast. I tried 45 seconds on the separate gel pack and it heated up really well. I didn't heat the shoulder pad itself because I didn't want to shorten its life span and also I am having this cooling gel pad on my shoulder to see if this works better or the heat therapy. Overall, it's comfortable to wear and it has some weight on it because its gel pad doubled. I just tried it today, and I hope this will help my acheing shoulders feel better.

I have 2 frozen shoulders, although my right one is far worse. I am in almost constant pain, especially if I move it. This wrap worked great even without freezing. I could feel the coolness over my shirt easily. It is very solid and a very thick and heavy weight of gel. It comes with an extra ice pack.
It is easy to put on, although it might be a bit tight for anyone who has some bulk in their shoulder and arms since the arm sleeve is not adjustable. For me, it’s perfect. But there’s not a ton of length left for the adjustable strap. So it might not fit everyone as well as it fits me.

I haven’t tried the heat aspect yet. You are supposed to microwave the main shoulder wrap without the strap at 700w for 50 seconds. To be safe, I would adjust the power level down and work the temperature up slowly.
