Trying to ice a broken toe while sleeping is impossible without this. It stays cold until the middle of the night but I wouldnt have iced it all without it. It comes with two so you could go all night if you felt like getting up. Doesn't leak, and is comfortable.

I broke my large toe recently and looked at several different products before I decided on these. Many reviews that were mainly for the large toe was that the product wasnt cold enough. So I went with this products because it seemed like it would be better at staying colder. These are amazing. Super thick gel that gets cold and stays cold for long enough to do the job while I RICE. The outside sleeve material is soft as well and it feels so comfortable to put this on without causing pain from too my pressure. So happy I got these.

I have Complex Regional pain syndrome snf these little sleeves help when I am trying to drive. They only stay cool for 25 mimites or so. I wish it was longer, but it a reprieve and I am so grateful! The customer service with this company is excellent I might add. I had a little issue with the first pair I had, and they replaced them without question! The new pair works as described. I could not be happier and will be buying more so that I can get more time driving. :) Thank you for making this product! The fact that it covers the top of the foot and toes is so helpful for me specifically!

These little things are a game changer. No more ice packs with condensation. They stay even temp. Slip right on and stay where they are needed. I would recommend these to anyone. Theyre great.
